Types of Services

  • Phone Consultation

    15-minute phone consultations are available free of charge. Phone consults are helpful in determining if the client and therapist are a good fit for one another and to see if the client’s presenting problems are within the therapist’s expertise. When barriers exist, I am happy to provide you with referrals for other trusted therapists in the area.  

  • Individual Psychotherapy

    Individual sessions are available for adults who need support processing past and current life stressors, communicating emotions and needs, addressing unresolved trauma, and healing within relationships, grief, depression, and anxiety.

  • Telehealth / Video Session

    Telehealth services are provided through secure electronic means. Clients must reside in the State of Tennessee. Sessions are held on a HIPAA compliant online platform for the same time duration and cost as an in-person session.

  • EMDR Treatment

    Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an intensive type of therapy approach that works directly with the brain and nervous system to clear emotional blocks often keeping us from living an adaptive, emotionally healthy life.

Fees

Standard Fee - $140.00/50-55 minute session.
Sliding Scale - Sliding scale slots / income-based fees are available on a limited basis. Please inquire about availability during consultation.
Payment - Cash, Check, and Card accepted and required upfront.
Insurance - I am considered an out-of-network provider for all insurance. One benefit of not going through insurance is that I am not required to give you a diagnosis for the insurance company and sessions are not limited by insurance. This allows the focus to be on your individual treatment needs. Some insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that would reimburse a portion of the fee once claims are filed. You can check with your insurance company to find out what is covered, and I am happy to provide you with the necessary invoices that may be submitted for possible reimbursement.
